The website he and Anna designed was a very polished marketing tool. Finally Kirsten of HG Interiors did an amazing staging of our home which contributed to a quick sale. My wife and I simply cannot say enough good things about Brad and our experience working with him. Over the course of a mere 37 days we viewed over a dozen homes (all over the place) and with Brad's help, guidance and negotiation skills, we were ultimately able to close on a place that we are very proud to call home -- at 3% under the appraised value. From the get-go during our first consultation, we were wowed with his preparedness, presentation, and industry knowledge.
